IN MEMORIAM THE SEPTEMBER 11 CATASTROPHE AND EPSYLON TECHNOLOGIES IN NEW YORK CITY On behalf of the employee-owners of OOO Epsylon Technologies in Moscow and New York, we are deeply saddened by the loss of our fellow workers Forty Days ago in the September 11 bombing of the World Trade Center. The terrorists hoped to cause widespread panic, paralysis of all commercial and governmental transactions and despair among the American public and citizens of other nations who lost thousands on September 11. That didn't happen. Instead, incredibly, heroes sprang up even as the buildings fell. Countless people in the New York City and Washington, DC areas emerged to bring wounded downstairs from burning buildings, give aid to the injured, comfort those in need and work tirelessly and selflessly. Even politicians showed leadership, compassion, resolve and surprising unity. We all grieve for the dead and reach out with compassion to the tens
of thousands directly affected by the Twin Towers and Pentagon deaths.
The
Epsylon Tech office is several very short blocks south of the explosions.
As you can see on the picture, luckily for us, our building at 40 Rector
Street and office were not seriously harmed. But, all communications -
telephone, high-speed lines, etc. are still down. Currently, our plans
are to stay in the Rector Street office through November. However, to
reach us in the US, please temporarily use the following coordinates: |
