OOO Epsylon Technologies and IDM Ltd. have formed a partnership to further develop and market their advances in digital video compression and broadcasting.

Both Epsylon Technologies (ET) and IDM Ltd. offer users unique capabilities in remote work with applications. ET-s TAXXI technology for corporate systems development and IDM-s video compression and streaming solutions successfully enhance each other.

Following the Partnership Contract, the companies have launched development of integrated "TAXXI-IDM" compressed video solutions, including co-branding, joint solutions, co-licensing, technical support and implementation.

According to Epsylon Technologies Chairman, Alexander Sergeev, this technological integration will significantly increase ET-s and IDM-s competitiveness and will be very attractive for clients and potential strategic partners.
