Epsylon Technologies is NOT just another hot tech firm (fast-paced, competitive, poised for success, and, consequently, arrogant and cutthroat). Two things make us different. Just two things: unique technology and unusual people (wait, actually, in reverse order!)

People are our main asset.

a. Our technology will change the world as you know it, but that’s beside the point (or is it?). More importantly:

  • ET technology enables developers to create, sort, enrich, share, trade, and improve the reusable libraries of components/controls.
  • ET technology provides a unique collaborative environment for programmers with different programming language preferences: Delphi, Java, C++, etc.
  • ET technology can build on top of existing technologies. You can stand on the shoulders of your own previous knowledge and those of others instead of “forget and learn anew” and “descend and climb again”

b. So, what about our people? Well, this iconoclast technology didn’t just pop up our of nowhere. The conception, development and never-ending improvement are the result of our MAIN competence: people.

People matter at ET - and these are not just throwaway words:

  • ET owes its success and its technology to an environment in which controversialists, thinkers, gurus, fanatics, rebels and forward-thinking individuals thrive and succeed. Without them, development and ongoing improvement of our unique technology would have been impossible. Our core technology is undergoing continuous improvement; this requires individuals enjoying the rocket science of programming - new fundamental technology development
  • ET needs to spread the word and to teach others how to develop faster, how to build flexible systems with features and characteristics no other solution provides; this requires individuals, who can think differently, who are capable of sharing their passion with others.
  • ET needs to continue growing through integration with other languages, platforms and solutions; this requires individuals enjoying teamwork, as well as: argument (if necessary), search for the middle ground (if possible), and creation (most likely!) of New New Net-Centric Things.
  • ET is an East-West company. Its technology is the result of Russian programmers’ collective thinking, and, American management, strategy and philosophy: Russians bring to the table theoretical depths, uncommon approaches, unusual solutions and the ability to see the Big Picture. Americans bring managerial skills, business knowledge, and ability to simplify complex tasks. Contrary to Kipling’s poem, we have brought East and West together making one gain from the other and will continue doing so. We invest in individuals who want to learn and share their knowledge. A big part of our strategy is teaching West East and East West. This includes sending our American personnel to Russia and our Russian personnel to the US.
